My wife and I have been here for 4 years. We really like this place.Because it is quiet and very well maintained. The gardening and shrubbery are well kept and look really nice. And the parking area is clean and orderly, and our cars are covered not in the sun. Nighttime illumination is also good and it is located close to everything we need.

Additionally, the dumpsters are located at the back of the property. So they are out of the way, but handy, when you need to go there. Safety is also... good because none of the doors face. The only complaint I would say is it needs carpeted floors for the second floor apartments.

Moving into my first apartment was a huge milestone for me, and I’m so grateful I chose this community. I still remember walking in for the first time and feeling so excited it immediately felt like home. The apartment was clean, well cared for, and exactly what I had hoped for. The management made the entire process easy and were always kind, patient, and willing to answer my questions, which meant so much since it was my first time renting.

The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. The property is beautiful and the staff works hard to keep it beautiful and the residents safe and happy.

I have never had an issue here. Ms Medina and Ms Isa are always within reach. Location is great don’t have to travel too far for my basic necessities. Friendly neighbors, never had an issue with noise or anything.
