Besides that they never fix anything, they change contract and worse, they want you to pay extra fees like crazy. This is suppose to be a first class apartment and unfortunately it is not. The prices are also crazy for the units and services they offer.

Apts aren't that great, always something wrong. Foundation for apartment is terrible, floor boards are bad. People who don't live here use the pool and parking space because gate is always open. Customer service and management is nonexistent, don't even bother unless you want to ask them multiple times while being ignored. Takes forever for them to actually fix stuff. Live elsewhere at a place where they actually care about their tenants.

The management is terrible. They never fixed any problems with multiple requests. Managers keep changing. When we move out they wouldn’t give deposit back claiming they never received the notice even though we gave it to previous manager. There are better apartments on Trenton.
