Moving in was a pretty easy process. I love it. After you clean and wipe everything down it’s amazing. Spacious apartment but they definitely need new cleaners.

When I first moved in at the Regalia, I was super excited! I fell in love with my unit. The floor plan was everything that I wanted! But this has been by far the worst experience in apartment living that I have ever had and has continued to get worst since moving in in April. Starting with appliances not working to major water leaks and black mold growing on the walls.

I've only been here 2 months but it seems to be a nice community. The grounds are clean and quiet. My apartment faces the highway so I get to see some really pretty sunsets.

I really like the community so far. Very quiet, nice, and mostly well-kept. My only issue so far is the unit I moved into was not prepared well for move-in. First it was unlocked when I moved in and smelled like someone legit smoked a blunt 30 minutes before. It was not very well cleaned. Lots of water damage to the cabinets, A/C did not work, broken cabinet doors, strong smoke odor, and other random things here and there that should’ve been handled before move-in that were not. Management has... been great so far though. I don’t regret moving in here!
