I have lived here 2 years management is great!!! Apartment is in ok shape for being an older apartment complex the maintenance staff is quick to come fix things when I report a problem . It’s also conveniently located close to my job and schools and shopping

My name is nenna hicks I have lived in Hidden Oaks for over 5 years. The management staff is great!!!! Miss Amber always goes above and beyond for all the tenants she cares a lot. The maintenance is great I never had any issues with them when I call they come no problem. This is a great place to live extremely nice and very convenient keep up the good work guys!!!!

The apartments suck the town homes have stairs where the carpet is so poorly installed it does not attach to tack ( carpet has been a safety hazard since day 1) You cannot take a "number 2" without plunging (tried everything) shower drains ungodly slow most of the time your standing in water . The Advertised pool is NEVER open . We were told its only open when the kids are out for summer . The laundry on premises is very poor and outdated it will eat your money and your clothes will still be... soaked with no care at all from management . My family has been nothing but courteous to the staff here but the woman in the office is one of the most unpleasant people you could meet.

These apts are ok for what you pay. The apt complex pays for sewer and trash--you only have to pay for water. They're not the best but not the worse. However the lawn maintenance is not good at all--cuts grass with trash still on the ground. Also there is always lots of children running in front of your car whenever your driving through the apt complex.
