U lofts has been a great community to live in so far! All of the staff are amazing and friendly. The gym is fairly nice as well as the pool. I think the best thing is how close U lofts is to the Texas Tech campus! Overall, I have had a great experience so far!

House is too old. top ceiling is very cautious. I dont know why holes on my ceiling? Very noisy air conditioners operation. Everything is too old and not well managed.

It’s okay so far but I see cockroaches in my unit and it’s uncomfortable. Aside that everything is okay and I am looking forward to the staff fumigating the apartment

Perfect service. Great location. Clean halls and big shared patio. Sometimes I have small issues in the apartment, which are rapidly solved with a maintenance request

Decent but a lot of bugs in the building. The building has to have keys to enter so I feel like it is safer than any other places in Lubbock and it is considered as the closest student apartment to the campus
