U lofts has been a great community to live in so far! All of the staff are amazing and friendly. The gym is fairly nice as well as the pool. I think the best thing is how close U lofts is to the Texas Tech campus! Overall, I have had a great experience so far!

House is too old. top ceiling is very cautious. I dont know why holes on my ceiling? Very noisy air conditioners operation. Everything is too old and not well managed.
