The people in the office have great customer service and put us as their top priority. They are very helpful and sweet. If we need anything they are very quick to respond and help. The pool is very well organized and clean and it’s a very nice place to lounge and read my book!

The apartments are very well kept and the staff are so sweet and patient. The gym is kept very clean and organized and they have brand new equipment. Every time I go, the pool is very clean and the people in the office are so sweet.

I moved in a week ago into the Hartley. I absolutely love it here! They made the process so easy and they helped us out so much ! Mia and Ashely are so kind and take care of us so well!

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. From the beginning, it felt more like buying a home than applying for an apartment—so many hoops to jump through, and even after providing 4 months of consistent paychecks, they still seemed to doubt my qualifications.
Initially, I was told there would be no deposit, but later I was asked to pay a non-refundable $500 fee, which felt very misleading. The first lady I spoke with was kind and professional, but the manager's attitude... was extremely rude and dismissive. It was clear she had no sense of customer service or value for potential tenants.
I ended up wasting $75on an application that led nowhere. Thankfully, I found another apartment right after—completely different experience. They treated me with respect, guided me through every step, and had me moved in within 2 hours.
Looking back, I'm relieved I didn't end up at The Hartley Apartments. It could have been a very frustrating home choice. Just wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect.
