Lived here 5 years and would have stayed longer but new management is rude, price for everything going up, they don't finish what they start when remodeling, come up with all kinds of admin charges to take your money, never call you back, don't do all work orders I submit when have issues, and no water a few days month. The only time they were nice is when I went in to renew my lease, but even then, no incentive to stay like before like a discount or something for staying another year. For the... price they charge now, can find must nicer apartments.

Daniel In the office is so sweet and so professional. He helped me from start to finish with getting me moved into my new home. I’m so happy with my apartment. Newly remodeled unit and brand new appliances is a big plus. The location is so conveniently located. This is the place for me. I recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a new home.

The new property manager Adelaida and the new assistant manager Edith are phenomenal. Exactly what the property needed. The new property management company are doing awesome updates throughout property. The property Is in such a great location. If you are looking for a great place to call HOME!!!! This is the place to live.
