I’ve lived here for over 10 years and I love it! The apartments are well appointed, spacious and close to Tech. The grounds and amenities are lovely. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really a great place to live!

Good complex itself. I was a medical student at Texas Tech and liked that it was close to the hospital. However, the front desk staff and poor customer service make the apartment undesirable. I was charged an two extra months rent even though I had told the front desk staff that I did not want to renew my lease and was moving out due to graduation. However since they had informed me of the wrong procedures for move out, I was penalized. I noticed over the four years I lived there that the... associates are very rude, and aren’t able to correctly answer questions about the property etc. They will give you different answers each time. The apartment is very close to TTUHSC, shops, and restaurants. Peaceful living for the most part (no rowdy undergrads). Management is nice. Overall, great place for graduate students! The only downsides are the large flock of messy pigeons and (hopefully temporary) construction across the street.
