For starters, the place was filthy when I moved my daughter in. She didn’t have a functioning shower or toilet. It’s weeks later and she still has only scorching water. When complained, I was told that I signed lease so there was nothing I could do. How’s that for customer service? I could go on, but you get the gist.

Office staff goes above and beyond to help you and they answer phone calls regularly! I’ve always been able to reach someone every time I call.
Maintenance guy is very nice and works fast! My son put in an order and it was fixed the next day! I called many places in town and this staff was the easiest to work with and extremely kind. They also all communicate very well.
Great experience and comfortable place to live near campus.

When I got my keys and entered my apartment for the first time, the whole thing was flooded. They cleaned it up and it flooded again. The apartment they moved me to has a horrible roach problem, as I’ve heard some of the other units do as well. Huge roaches come out of my drains and end up in my kitchen. I have took all measures to try to prevent this from happening and been persistent with management and the problem was never resolved. I have not even been able to shower in my own bathroom all... year. I hate it here at this dump they called Raiders Walk and am counting down the days to get out of here.

A really good place to live in, the location is extremely convenient. You are minutes away from campus, I no longer pay Tech’s outrageous parking prices anymore. Maintenance crew are the best here and usually get the job done pretty fast. If you’re big on working out, the gym is a little small but if you don’t care then that shouldn’t really be an issue. The community is very quiet, i doubt i have ever seen a single party here. I have seen a lot of bad reviews and was very doubtful about my... choice but overall aside from a few cockroaches (which they got on it fast) i haven’t experienced at all anything others have mentioned.
