1. Leasing contract will mess-up when to go with month-to-month pay lease.
they will charge 100 extra and again you have to give advance 2 months' notice.
2. Random numbers they will add to pay utility and trash monthly.
3. High power bills.
4. Apartment complaints will be resolved very late.
5. No Vehicle parking for visitors.
6. Cats and dog poop everywhere.

The community and apartments are great. They are updated, and either have a balcony or small yard, perfect for you furry friends. The property is basically on school grounds, so it couldn’t be any safer. Highly recommend this place, the staff is amazing and will take care of you!

My wife and I have lived here with our two kudos for two-and-a-half years, and it’s been a great place. Teniell has been a fantastic manager, and maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. The few issues we’ve had have been handled well, and with a kid at Whiteside and my wife teaching at Irons, the location couldn’t be better. It’s a good, quiet neighborhood to live in, and our neighbors have been pretty good to live beside.

The office staff is constantly changing bc of the horrible management over the property. The maintenance men are the best and so very sweet but also constantly leaving due to bad working conditions. There were cats having litters and living in our back patio door and the office staff would not clean it out, we were blamed, charged, and had our credit ruined due to either their damages or weather damage, they don’t answer emails or call back if they’ve decided they don’t like you, the parking lot... is awful, our floors stunk like cat pee before we moved in with nothing done about it after multiple complaints made, honestly just the worst experience my boyfriend and I have ever had with office staff. Gas lighting was a real trend as well, our neighbor had sewer leakage into her apartment and it took months to finally fix it, followed by bad attitude from the staff, unsurprisingly. I urge anyone looking into these apartments to think twice. It’s cheap for a reason…

However, we do not have record of the incidents you have listed. We would love for you to contact our... office to remedy this situation and keep it from possibly happening in the future. I lived at Quail Creek for 18 months and while it is an older property, the location can't be beat. Far enough from major roads to be peaceful, but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Office staff was always very responsive and kind. Overall for the price it is definitely 5 stars.
