Kept my deposit because the employee that was working front desk at the time did not log in keys correctly. They charged me for an extra month when I no longer had access to the apartment just to keep my deposit. Reached out to the Better Business Bureau for help but they did not respond to them either.

Worst move in experience. Apartment was still dirty and cleaning crew never showed up. I had to clean before I moved in. Landlord was unconcerned and lackadaisical when it came to addressing my concerns. Don’t recommend.

The staff is so helpful and answers every question I have very fast. They are great people and truly care about wanting to make your experience here phenomenal! I would recommend to anybody!
