If I could do 0 star I would. Elizabeth is the worst property manager I’ve had. She cannot take blame for anything that happens on her property. She also brings up new policies every other week when people do not do what she wants. I was in a 800 something square foot apartment with almost a $300 electric bill because her maintenance team couldn’t figure out what was going on. And when they finally did we had a window unit for 2 weeks. Not to mention they only had one window unit for a 2 bedroom... with an infant inside of it. While she said she has to wait until the ac unit has to fully stop working before replacing it , at the point it only inconvenienced us and they don’t have to worry about an apartment that doesn’t go below 76. When it was 100 degrees outside. On top of our apartment flooding , one maintenance guy told us how to fixed it and then it happened again and they put the bill on us instead of fixing whatever the real issue was beforehand. My wife and I truly enjoyed living at Brickstone Apartments. The community is quiet, peaceful, and always felt like a comfortable place to come home to.

One of the biggest highlights of living here was the staff. Misty and Soriah are absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about the residents. Every time you walk into the office they remember your name and greet you like they’ve known you forever, which makes a big difference. That level of personal... connection is rare and really speaks to the kind of community they’re building.

We only moved because we wanted an apartment with more storage space and preferred a downstairs unit, but our experience here was very positive.

Another fun part of living here was the community cat, Georgie. He would often wander over to our apartment crying for food, and I loved taking care of him when he visited. He definitely became a little neighborhood celebrity in our eyes.

The property has also been making improvements. They recently painted the exterior, and the new look feels much more modern and refreshed. It’s nice to see the community continuing to grow and improve.

Overall, Brickstone is a great place to live with a quiet neighborhood and a team that truly cares about the residents. I’m excited to see the continued improvements and success for the property in the future. Read More

I have lived here for a couple of years and have been very impressed with the management and maintenance team. They are happy to help, and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is great quality, with updated appliances and great upkeep. I have had two maintenance requests during my time here and both were addressed within 48 hours of the request. Great place and I would recommend to anyone!

I recently moved in and I have felt so welcomed and comfortable here. The management team has been so kind. I had a little issue with the kitchen sink and the maintenance crew was so quick to fix the problem and now I have no issues. I would highly recommend living here!

Staff is kind great location perfect for college students as well as retired are all welcomed..
