Move-in process was super easy and Ashley was incredibly helpful and nice :) The counters and cabinets are also in great condition, and all of my neighbors have been so kind so far!!

I just moved to Lubbock in mid June. I got a 1 bedroom and 1 bath place. I love it here so far! It is modern, clean, and close to everything. Ashley at the front desk has been very helpful with all my annoying questions. I would strongly recommend this place.

You get what you pay for here, its a great location. Staff is very friendly & there is a small gym and laundry center onsite. My studio is perfect for me and so affordable.

This apartment complex is highly neglected. I moved here in 2024, and those first months were decent. They used to clean the common areas. Presently, the laundry facilities are neglected. The small fitness center is hardly ever cleaned. It also used to have a working camera; now it's just there. I'm pretty sure it doesn't work. The outside areas are highly neglected. The previous on-site manager lived here and showed a whole lot more care for the tenants.
