You get what you pay for here, its a great location. Staff is very friendly & there is a small gym and laundry center onsite. My studio is perfect for me and so affordable.

This apartment complex is highly neglected. I moved here in 2024, and those first months were decent. They used to clean the common areas. Presently, the laundry facilities are neglected. The small fitness center is hardly ever cleaned. It also used to have a working camera; now it's just there. I'm pretty sure it doesn't work. The outside areas are highly neglected. The previous on-site manager lived here and showed a whole lot more care for the tenants.
