As the very first tenant of apartment 1901 at the Modern Living Apartments / 135 Indiana Avenue, I can confidently say that my experience here has been nothing short of amazing!

From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed into a brand-new space that was both stylish and comfortable. The management and staff at Modern Living Apartments truly go above and beyond for their tenants. They consistently created a friendly and supportive environment that made living here a joy.

When I faced unexpected... circumstances that required me to move to Las Vegas on short notice—and consequently break my lease—the staff handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. They guided me through the process, ensuring that everything was in line with their guidelines while also being understanding of my situation. Signed a lease for an apartment. A week prior to when we were supposed to move in management asked us to sign a different lease due to the apartment they promised not being ready. We were understanding and signed for an apartment a lot further from the pool and fitness center. Long story short the house we were selling did not close on time so we were unable to move in. Contacted the management the day before our lease was to start asking them for the same considerations we had given them. The... response was an almost $1200 reletting fee as they had someone to take the apartment. This is the heartless management you will be living under. Not only are the buildings poor made, but the staff is terrible. I’ve been on the receiving end of one of their manager’s cattiness and immaturity. It seems that she can only have that kind of confidence to accuse me of being “sassy” via text and when approached about setting up an in-person meeting there was no response. This place is truly terrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Stayed here for 3 years and I enjoyed my stay. The apartments are clean and very well taken care of. Bathrooms are clean and very comfortable to shower in, they are brand new but I'm sure they will always be in great conditions as the team is great at repairing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Alicia, Carlos and Leticia are caring and will take the time to listen and help. Maintenance staff is also friendly and take care of the units needs asap.
Lastly, the neighborhood is a very safe area....
