-new company buys property -makes minor aesthetic "updates" like cheap flooring and countertops to make it look "renovated" in pictures -literally had no ac and collapsed plumbing lines upon move in, inhospitable by lease terms -5+ day waits on callbacks (cause you will never get an answer upon phone call) -per maintenance crew, the owners refuse to pay for repairs and instead insist on temporary workaround fixes -get used to 85+ temps due to poor, old insulation -all this for double the rent it... was with the previous management company.
