Longfellow Arms has the Best Management Team in Longview . The manager and leasing agent are the sweetest ladies , they go above and beyond to get things done. I’m a single woman living there and I feel safe , property is managed beautifully, and issues I’ve had has been handled quickly. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Longview. Thanks ladies for a great living experience.

They do not care about your well being. My apartment has been infested with red wasp for the duration of my time being there which has been over a year. They haven’t did anything except call pest control and they haven’t did anything except spray.

I know another tenant that moved out recently for that being one of the main problems.

They won’t work with you. I tried asking for a unit transfer. Nothing. Don’t do it.

Overpriced for the quality of apt furnishings. Very Overpriced!!! Needs a major upgrade. If you expect to move into a clean apt then look elsewhere. I guarantee noone cleaned that apt after the last tenant moved out!! The gates hardly ever work. The plumbing system sucks. Our toilet stopped up every time it was used.

Was charged $28 for drip pans upon leaving even tho ours was spotless because this is a standard fee and everyone gets this charge no matter what. Also was charged a standard $120... cleaning fee after we spent all day cleaning it. Besides some minor paint scuffs it was spotless. The apartment are nice but a little overpriced. They rarely use the gates, it’s mainly for show. Some of these Leasing lady’s are just plain rude, it’s just the way they talk/ attitude when you ask questions.

This complex feels like home. From the first step of touring to applying and moving in, Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I look forward to staying a long time here!
