Ever since the new ownership and management took over at Evergreen Estates, this place has completely turned around. The property is well-maintained, the staff is responsive, and the improvements are making a huge difference. It truly feels like a great place to live now!

I've lived at Evergreen Estates for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say the new ownership that took over in October has made a huge difference. The improvements around the property have been noticeable and much appreciated. The grounds are better maintained, and there’s a clear focus on upgrading the complex.
One of my favorite additions is the onsite laundry facility—it’s convenient, affordable, and makes life so much easier. You can tell they’re really putting in the effort to make... this a great place to live, and the changes just keep coming.
It’s refreshing to see management that listens to residents and is actively working to make the community better. I’m excited to see what’s next for Evergreen Estates!
