Property is pretty quiet for the most part, really good location in proximity to shopping and businesses. These are older apartments so expect dated accommodations, unless you pay for the "upgraded" apartments. Pet friendly.

It is a nice community and the staffs are accommodating.When you have any concerns regarding your apartment, they would quickly resolve the issue.

I couldn’t be happier with my move to North City! Kade in the office went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I love my apartment, the community, and the location. The grounds and the property are well taken care of. The staff is awesome! North City is a great pace to call home.
