Great location and proximity to shopping/restaurants. Pet friendly! Although there are two pools, one is usually not being used. Covered parked and newly installed building lights that make it feel a lot safer in the evenings. Older apartments, so expect highly textured walls and popcorn ceilings if you don't get a newly renovated apartment.

It has been a smooth transition and a very welcoming one. Everyone we have come into contact with has been very friendly. The facilities are very accessible. Overall, it has met my expectations so far.

Other than the parking lot flooding in my area and other tenants getting a little stingy with the parking it’s a great place to live. Most of the people that I have talked to have been really nice

Pleasantly surprised. We signed a lease from another state and did everything online and over the phone. Secured the unit we wanted, the move-in process was smooth and the office staff was friendly and accommodating. We were provided the information we needed to set up our utilities and internet and turn-around time was excellent. We love our new apartment and look forward exploring our new community.

I’m grateful to live in a community where the people who manage it truly care. The staff are kind, approachable, and always make residents feel welcome. It’s easy to overlook the daily work that goes into keeping things running smoothly, but I want them to know it doesn’t go unnoticed.
