No air conditioning 1 week
It’s been a week since my first maintenance request for my AC not working. Every day I’m promised it will be done tomorrow. Each day it’s a different excuse. They have one maintenance man servicing three properties and he constantly calls in sick. There’s always reasons why he cannot come when he does work, he’s behind so he can’t come that day either. I’m forced to break my lease. I’ve had to pay for a hotel so I can sleep. I would not take a chance on this place with a hot summer coming

Nice units/crap maintenance
I’ve lived here for 1 month and ignored all of the reviews. DON’T. Unless you are lucky like me to have maintenance men in your family, you are screwed. The guy here has no idea what he is doing. I get my own guys out here when I have an issue. The management cares not
