I absolutely love this community! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and it really feels like a place you can relax and enjoy. The Earth Day painting event was such a fun and thoughtful touch—it’s great to see a community that brings residents together in creative ways. The pool area is also a highlight—peaceful, clean, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful place to call home!

I absolutely hated my experience at Aura Avant. The trash issue here is baffling. There are no trash compactors inside the building. No dumpster where residents can properly store trash. The fifth floor door was broken my whole lease term of 16 months. Cleaners come once a week versus everyday. Birds and pigeons fill the parking garage so good luck keeping your car clean. Management charges you for cleaning fees that should be done after you move out. They are truly desperate for residents they... have called me multiple times after move out asking me to renew. Overall, my experience living at Aura Advant has been pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk is friendly and personable, which I appreciate. The woman at the desk was polite, though not as personable. Building maintenance is generally good; however, the halls and stairwells could be cleaned more consistently. While this hasn’t been a major issue, it is noticeable at times.

Guest parking is somewhat limited, as it is only available around the building. Many of these spaces are often occupied... by residents who choose not to use the garage, which can make parking for guests challenging.
