Have Apartment Problem / Maintenance Will Travel Quickly Waiting to submit a maintenance request until there were a few items to report...my icemaker was leaving extra ice on the backside and bottom of my freezer; when I turned on cold water in the bathroom sink, water leaked from the hot water handle; living room fan made noise on both medium and low speeds; bathroom tub needed new caulk.

One day after submitting the request...the correct part was added to the ice maker so now only ice... cubes are made; a new bathroom sink faucet replaced the leaky one: the bathroom tub received fresh caulk; and a new fan replaced the noisy one in the living room

And talk about follow up... When my son was asked if the short pull chains on the living room fan were okay, he said they were. But I was not able to reach them. After stopping by the office the next day and reporting my physical limitation, longer pull chains were added within hours.
