To begin with, this apartment complex was incredibly frustrating. When we first moved in, the air conditioning constantly malfunctioned. It took multiple maintenance requests, and the problems were never properly fixed, just temporary patches that failed over and over again. The issue was finally resolved after over a month when they brought in a new maintenance person.

On top of that, management was extremely subpar. The leasing staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like you were a burden... anytime you had a legitimate concern. Communication was poor, and getting any kind of resolution took far longer than it should have.

We really enjoy living at Victory North! The property is beautiful and always clean. The maintenance staff is great, especially Charles! They always respond to maintenance requests right away. I’m SOO happy Camiece is now the new management! I can already see improvements. Definitely one of the best decisions CAF made by making her management.

I've lived at Victory north for the last 5 years and me and my son LOVE IT! We love the dog park for our fur baby and summer time for the pool is his favorite! It's very pet friendly and I have always felt very safe there. I love to call this my place and will be very sad the day we leave. If you want a clean, professional, and safe living environment GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When we first moved in the staff was nice and responsive. Now they are under new management and they don't care about their residents at all. The front gate is broken all the time, there is literal dog crap everywhere, my neighbor smokes pot and listens to loud music at 1 in the morning and when you call the "courtesy officer" they never pick up even though they are supposed to be 24 hours. The visitor parking lot... is outside of the gate and if it even sprinkles rain it gets completely flooded. Then when your guest who hasn't even been there for 12 hours parks inside the gate because why would you want your car to flood, they tow it. My mom went to the front office to find out where they had towed her car and THE MANAGER TOLD HER TO LEAVE HER OFFICE OR SHE WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS ON HER. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! If you can't handle people coming to you upset then don't be a manager! On top of everything else the outside lights in the corridors and in front of the doors are always out. I called to ask if they could change our lights so that it was safe at night and they told me "oh they automatically come on when it gets dark".... obviously not if I need my phone flashlight to unlock my door. It may look pretty on the outside (if you can get past the dying landscape and dog crap smeared on the concreate), but it's cheaply made, the staff is in a constant state of turn over and I pray the manager is next because she is worthless. As stressful as this year has been it is comforting to have a beautiful place to call home. The staff was very helpful with all my relocating questions and made the move in process pleasant.
