These buildings are very old and you can see it in the quality of maintenance. I've spoken to several neighbors who have complaints of management not responding to repairs and simply abandoning unfinished repairs. I have plenty of pictures of the inside of several units. Most are empty and uninhabitable. As of June 2025 they're rasing rent. Painted cracked bathtubs and old brittle painted on counter tops. Painted! Not replaced. There are better newer Apts near by that I have moved to due the... negligence. Even with " New Management "

Worst place ever
A lot of cockroaches they never go away worst maintenance every they take long to do ur work order I hate this place its a nightmare

Worst place to live on
Don’t recommend them at all, apartments are old and most of the time there is always something not working! Bad management as well, wont fix any issues! Worst place
