This is my first time ever having an appointment and i absolutely love everything about this complex!! From the office people to the neighbors to the timely repairs everything is resolved. I highly recommend this complex. It’s one of the BEST ones in LAREDO that I have ever seen!!!

The apartment itself is spacious, well maintained and the management staff is very helpful. No issues at all. They maintain the whole complex very well.

Very well organized personnel regarding communication, showing of the apt, any requested maintenance even the scheduled maintenance. One can call or use the Merida Vista website to report, request, etc anything. The apts are surrounded by many popular restaurants and have a very quick access to Jaime Zapata Hwy, Hwy 359, Loop 20, Zapata Hwy. There is a park nearby and even a fishing pond a couple of blocks away. It is pet friendly and has a security gate at the main entrance. They have recently... added an office on the premises. Apts have number pad access, no keys needed, so no worrying of misplacing them or losing them. No expensive deposit needed, it's more like a bond, but way cheaper and covers more, one can pay rent online, everything is very modern. First floor apts have a gated back patio with great privacy. There are several dumpsters around the complex for convenience and mail boxes are centrally located. Apts have outside water faucets and electrical outlets. Interior apts have sprinkler system in every room, wooden blinds and big tile floors. A/C and heater are well maintained and apt is well insulated.
