Safe community where the employees care about the residents. The worst part is the water pressure and temperature. It never gets hot and the water pressure barely let's the shower run.

Noisy downstairs neighbor has ruined my experience here.
6 complaints and nothing seems to happen.
Recently we’ve had issues with ants in the apartment. The ants have also damaged the A/C unit
