These apartments are roach infected The management sucks we didn’t have air-conditioning for a month. We told them multiple times that we needed our air fixed and they never came water leaking from the floor, duct tape on the microwave handle, the refrigerator door never closed holes in the walls that they never came to repair …. roaches everywhere!!!! I do not recommend these apartments at all

Don’t do it.
I just recently moved from here. I stayed here 06/21 till 10/21 and it was the WORST. They have a terrible rat infestation, the office NEVER answers the phone, the kids in the area are ANNOYING. The office staff in general sucks. I would NEVERRRR recommend these to anyone.

Great place!!!
I just moved to Lancaster Texas. I'm new to the area..Moved to Rolling Hills place..I love it haven't had any problems..The office workers they get stuff done..You ask them they fix the problem the same day..I have enjoyed it been here for 1 month 3 days..Love my apartment. VERY quiet here they keep the lawn clean. They stay on top of everything. I will give them a 5 ??.. Love my apartmen good place to live..

Do not move here!!!!
I have been here for 8 months and have sooooo many problems. Bugs, rude staff, improper repairs, damage from maintenance, unstable prices, parking horrible. The remodeling is just a paint job to cover up the outdated infrastructure (sinking cabinets, black mold, old odor from rotting cabinets) etc. I can’t wait to get to something better in a few months.

Not a very good place to live .
There website is poor it charges you wrongly , the apartments has roaches and they don’t try to fixed the problem and thymes sending you texts talking about evicting you and the problem is them.
