From installed electrical issues, to overpriced water bills. I would advise anyone to not come to this place. I pay market value rent, my rent is always paid on time and this experience has been an absolute nightmare!!!!! I’ve never had any past issues with rental properties or apartments but with them it’s one thing after another. I’ve randomly talked to other residents that have very similar issues.

Frequent staff turnover, who has keys now?
This place has NO recycling. Allows tenate to have a mess outside their entrance even though they have their own porch(I have fotos).
