I’ve been here almost two years. I’ve had a broken washer for almost six weeks, calling almost weekly. It finally completely broke Saturday. I was told very rudely that “the male idk who he is but the male in your unit was told we ordered a new one”. Ma’am my husband wasn’t told but ok when will it be here? Crystal-“ma’am I just lease apartments Here, we get notified when it arrives if it’s not on back order” so I was told I could call back Wednesday to speak to a manager. So my takeaway was... that it sucks for me, I’m obviously annoying her by complaining about my broken washer, and not to bother her again. It’s funny they don’t have that tone when they start harassing for rent 6 days early. And they didn’t have that tone when my husbands truck was stolen of the parking lot but I guess just not when they need to provide an amenity they ADVERTISE. So we’ll be hauling clothes to the laundry mat in the cold on thanksgiving break. Again thanks San jac! Especially crystal! Hope yours is great!

3 years going on 5-6 maybe. Safe gated, great ALL EFFORT team in office. QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL. Close to H-E-B, WALMART, wonderful places to eat and entertainment. Library not far and respectful residence. Great value for what you get!!!! IVE CHECKED!

Ive been a resident here for almost two years and I looooove living here. Everyone that works here is so friendly and maintenance is fast. The amenities are awesome and everything is usually very clean and well kept. The layout of my apartment is super open and spacious. I have only had a couple minor issues with appliances the whole time Ive lived here. Its the best place Ive lived. Definitely renewing my lease.
