I moved in last month, the property is kept up and clean and its actually pretty quiet. The ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful. The rent is not crazy high !

I love it here! The office ladies are the best!! They have been so helpful from step 1. Maintenance has been wonderful!! Im glad they enforce the rules here I lived places that were completely out of control. Its nice to know my family´s comfort is important here!

I have lived in apartments before but never one like this. Management is terrible. They tow cars here left and right even if you're a resident here. Please don’t come here unless you have to choose between here or being homeless..

The Apartments are well located for easy accessibility to any local store. Clean, quiet,and very friendly environment. Reasonably priced rooms and the staff there was simply amazing, could get enough of their kindness. Thank you for making my time there easy and loved .

Apartments are adequate.
Maintenance is slow.
Shimmering pool advertised does not open til July and closes Labor Day.
Management not accommodating to renters complaints or suggestions.
Occasional firearm discharges and frequent police visits.
