They are overpriced!!! The apartments are small and the carpet is dirty. Don’t waste your time even looking into moving here it is not worth it.

Horrible experience so far. I was told unit would have a washer/ dryer and management will not follow through with what I was told. They tow cars every night for various reasons. I don’t feel welcome or comfortable here at all.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Copper. The ladies in the office are so welcoming and the Mantianence staff responds so quickly. I also love how my wifi/cable and pest control were included and the water and electricity is included.

The buildings are falling apart. The windows in my apartment leak anytime it rains, they have had to block off stair wells because the supports were rotten. They don't fix anything. Their so called "maintenance man" literally just added caulking to my windows to "fix" the problem. But they still leak because, as I've told them before, the siding of the building is rotted. Their fix to every issue is to paint over the problem. Do not rent here!

I have lived here for over a year and have not had any problems great apartment ????
