Avenue Heights truly cares about its residents and goes above and beyond to create a safe, welcoming community. The management team takes residents’ safety seriously and is committed to strengthening relationships with local law enforcement.

During our recent community event, Avenue Heights management and the law enforcement outreach team took the time to speak with residents one-on-one about specific concerns. This personal interaction made residents feel heard, valued, and comfortable sharing... what was important to them. It was also a great opportunity for law enforcement to learn about concerns and issues they had not previously been made aware of. It was truly a two-way conversation where residents and law enforcement were able to better understand one another.

One of the most memorable moments was seeing a resident connect with an officer about the possibility of becoming a public speaker within the department. Moments like this show how community events can create connections and opportunities that go beyond safety—they help bring people together.

I been at Avenue Heights since it opened back in October of last year. And all I can say is that I’m in love with the apartment layout, the appliances are new and even have washer and dryer. I don’t pay water because it’s included. It’s not a noisy complex, we have control access. I think I’m the only used the gym lol. The apartments manager Lori is the best, she work with you to help you in anything. Lori cares, she is absolutely amazing. I love our little community. I would recommend Avenue... We have lived here for 2 months and we love it here. This place has it all. Everything is brand new as you can see on their site . This place has our faith back in many things. The staff is amazing and is there when needed.
It has its own gym and activity center where you can play games or use the computer free of charge!!
The dog park is fenced in for safety and has benches where you can sit and relax while puppers does their business.
It also has an awesome playground for the kiddos or if... you want to BBQ there's an area for that too.
Compared to most of the apartments in town this is by far at the top of the list.
We feel secure living here with the security gate and plenty of lighting.
