Was forced to move out after extremely hostile neighbors moved in, living here has been a complete nightmare the first three years. I didn’t even have a working fridge and got cussed out by the staff trying to get it replaced. I requested to transfer to a two bedroom from a one bedroom and the two bedroom has bugs. (I just happened to check the apartment out before I moved since someone left the door opened.) I was told by Brooke, property manager, that the bug exterminators suggested two more additional sprays to eradicate the problem. I rescheduled my moving company two weeks out and now I'm being charged $$$. This is a bug problem that I discovered and management should compensate me not bill me.
I currently live... in an apartment that has no bugs. I'm deeply disappointed in how this matter was handle and think if I didn't stumble upon the bugs then management wouldn't have said or did anything. I don't trust moving now since bugs are prevalent. Read More

They don’t care about you, all they care about is your money!
Fines for everything you do and no grace for hard working people who pay their rent on time.
Always watching you from afar and looking for anything wrong.
The customer service is horrible, when you speak with them they are waiting to end the conversation or get rid of you.
They talk to you like your below them, like your going to be wrong no matter what you say.

Long wait to get to front desk and ask a simple question to someone who... is rude to you at the end.

I called recently asking a very simple question and was not very happy with the customer service received from "Lucy". She became very defensive and matter of fact/condescending. We have been residents here for a year and still have 6 months to go on our lease. If this is the way employees are allowed to speak to the residents, I don't think we will be renewing our lease come August.

A nightmare! First off, we were lied to by the previous management as to location, and accessibility to DirecTv. We signed a lease sight unseen as we had a plane to catch and took the word of the manager. After that lease was up, we moved to a different apartment in the complex where we could receive a satellite signal. BIG mistake! The upstairs neighbors are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Loud music, which we reported and management dealt with. However, subsequent incidents of loud... music and ridiculously loud noises, were also reported, topped off by last nights 11:30 PM vacuuming which woke us up out of a sound sleep, but they have been ignored. It is a complete invasion of our privacy, it hinders our enjoyment of our living space, it affects our overall quality of life, and completely unfair. Yet no one cares, so here we sit with 14 months left on a 15 month lease, stuck, with no concern from those who should be. Additionally, people blast their car stereos at all hours of the night, which we also reported and thus far has not been dealt with. Pet owners don't' pick up after their pets, despite the fact that there is an area for such activities. We are very quiet, and treat our apartment as if it were our own, it's a shame other people have NO consideration for anyone but themselves, and a management that could care less. Read More
