Please bring the old maintenance workers back! They were more attentive, on time; great work ethic. Calls to front desk fall on deaf ears now; even emails. Being here for an x amount of years; it was routined around here with positive energy in the office. My rent and fees has remained within the same bracket until now!!! And, I can’t even get a visual to validate the excessive amount is even accurate. Limited my use & what I do to see a different and nothing changed. There are some positives,... pros when it come to comfort and the amenities, I can say, but, I don’t think that’ll make me think about renewing my lease another year. This is my opinion. It’s always good to get your own perspective! What don’t work for one; doesn’t mean it won’t for others.

Greatest professionalism I've ever experienced
I stopped by without an appointment and was kindly accommodated. Adriana was patient and worked directly with me in finding what was fitting for my complex circumstances,lol... ..I look forward to being a resident!!!

Most Frustrating Place Ever!!
This place is a joke. The office hours are 8-5 yet anytime I go to the office with a question or a problem the doors are always locked. When you finally do find someone they say there isn’t much they can do to help. Jeez thanks. We’ve been locked out our mail for quite some time. The gym is no longer 24hrs. The pool rules are INSANELY strict! I’ve had 3 separate issues with my refrigerator that never got fixed. Unfortunately I had to throw out about $200 worth of groceries each time. They... “replaced” my fridge by grabbing another one from a vacant unit. Which also broke. They brought another fridge and the ice maker didn’t work. Like come on it’s really not that hard to take care of your tenants and make them feel at home. It’s really your only responsibility for a renter. So yeah if you’re looking for an apartment in the Katy area, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF! I can not wait to get out of here..It so frustrating..
