I've had a great experience living here! The office staff really make this community special. Shannon is amazing—she's so personable and friendly. Anytime I have a question, I just walk to the office because it's always comfortable and welcoming. They even keep coffee and snacks available, which is just awesome.

Andrea you are awesome too! Always friendly. She made my lease renewal incredibly easy. Helped me get a renewal rate that I felt was fair and took the stress completely out of the... process. All the documents I needed to sign were handled through the app. Super simple.

I have never really used the gym.. I can say the pool is always clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is usually very quick with any work orders I've submitted. Most have been handled within hours or at least by the same day.

There are also lots of planned community events, which makes it easy get to know and connect with neighbors. Overall, there are just great people living here and an awesome office staff. I'm really happy to call this place home! Read More

3rd year renewing my lease at Reatta, I love it here so much and don’t plan on moving out any time soon. The leasing staff at Reatta Ranch Shannon, Andrea and Makenzi are amazing. They are always ready to assist you with anything you need and they host awesome resident events monthly . If you are looking for a fun place to call home look no further and join us at Reatta.

I have lived here for a year and half, and I absolutely love it!! Reatta Ranch is such a welcoming community. I have made many friends at the resident events. The office girls are so helpful and nice.

Lived there almost 3 years! The Gym is a joke, the management is even worse. Shannon the manager is really nice at first but if you need anything from her, she ignores you! You walk in the office and they look at you with disgust, like why are you here! I would never rent here again! They are building new apts so hopefully the management will be better there
