This rating would be a negative star if possible. I had got caught up with my rent and now they saying I didn’t, they are not responsible for keeping up with their money orders one lady claims she don’t have my money order or the receipt. I will be contacting the higher up authority.

I moved in July 2019, and ever since then there’s been problem after problem. I submit service requests so often I truly believe not one staff member or manger did a walk through of my apartment before I moved in. Almost every request is deemed completed, but to get a follow up as to what they did or the next actions I have to submit several more requests for the same thing. I have not been able to take a shower in over a month because I only get hot water out of the tub faucet as well as in the... kitchen. Only cold water comes out of my bathroom sink and shower head. I’ve had bed bug infestations, majority of cold water for the time I’ve lived here, electrical shorts, cracks in my walls and ceiling from foundation problems, cabinets seem to have be thrown together before I moved in and have broken since then, my neighbors upstairs are the loudest I’ve ever heard, and all the complex wants to do is upgrade their leasing office and specify parking to impress people looking for a place to stay. This apartment is place of cockroach every single apartment has lots of cockroach so I am moving out even they do not provide spacial pest control.

We have loved our experience here at Westgate - new management has been amazing and thoughtful with anything we need.
Also, the workout gym is excellent for morning work outs.
