I am amazed there are any positive reviews. The management is lazy and unresponsive. They do not do proper pest control. You will find roaches everywhere. Their security gates are constantly broken. Trash overflows out of the dumpsters and pet waste bins. The grass is left untouched for weeks at a time. The pools have both been broken for over a year. There is a building slowly collapsing in the back and no work being done. They currently have had our water shut off for 18 hours, 13 hours after... they said they would have it back in in 30 minutes and no updates after that. They are scammers. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.

Not safe and not clean environment
It was a gated community but the gate has been broken for 2 yrs. Many cars have been either stolen or broken in and the cameras don’t work. We also been seeing roaches in our apartment, we called the office but they blame it on tenant leaving trash out. Wish I can give them 0 stars.

Not safe and not clean
Horrible apartment complex I ever experienced. The gate has not been fixed and sure enough we already got someone car broken in. Lastly, parking is horrible. When you come home late, all the parks will be taken (people that don’t live there ended up parking thanks to the broken gate). Oh and if you don’t like roaches I suggest you avoid this apartment.

Full of roaches.
Horrible experience, apartment was full of roaches (pest control can’t control them). Firstly they will show you nicely furnished model apartment, but they will give you apartment having low graded bath tub with cheap quality paint on it which will peel off with in 3-4 months, poor quality carpet, windows blinds, kitchen cabinets etc. Finally when you move-out they will put all unfair charges on you (many hundreds of dollars at least). When you question about these, they give you ridiculous... answers.

Roaches problem
Roaches problem in the entire community and it's really out of control and it's all over the house , we have to spend lot of money every month to buy various kinds of things to keep roaches away but nothing is helping , the pest control which leasing office organizes is really useless and has no impact on the roaches.
The buildings are really old and there were so many houses which water damages during the winter storm , which has added to the roaches problem , we have raised pest control... request but had no help from the leasing office
It's a friendly community but the building problems and roach issues are making us to wait for our lease to end as soon as possible so that we could move to better community
