I toured here a little before Christmas and Jason was great to work with. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He answered my questions clearly and never made things feel pressured. While I ultimately decided not to relocate to Texas, it wasn’t due to the experience at all. I’ve been living here for a while now, and I honestly feel like I need to give credit where it’s due. This place has exceeded my expectations in ways I didn’t anticipate.
The apartment itself just feels luxurious without being over the top—it’s that perfect balance of upscale and actually livable. Everything is well-made and thoughtfully laid out, and I genuinely look forward to coming home at the end of the day. It’s one of those places where you can really relax and feel comfortable.
But what... really makes living here special is the staff. They’re incredibly helpful and seem to genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly. I have to give a special shoutout to Joshua, who’s been my go-to person since day one. He helped us from the very beginning, and that familiarity just makes everything easier—he knows our unit, understands what we need, and always comes through. When Joshua isn’t available, Michala has been equally helpful and attentive, stepping in seamlessly. The maintenance team also deserves recognition—they’re excellent at keeping everything clean and well-maintained. You can tell they all actually take pride in their work, which is refreshing and makes such a difference in everyday life.

I love Peregrine and the staff (particularly Michaela and Chris). The neighbors are awesome and we’ve truly built a community at this new place. The amenities are kept up well and the overall property is beautiful. Maintenance has a great response time and overall communication from the management team is great. I plan on renewing when the time comes!

I recently toured this property and was genuinely impressed. The community is fantastic, and all of the my questions were answered clearly and with great detail. The amenities are next level. A beautiful two- story gym, a sky lounge with amazing vies, a quiet courtyard perfect for relaxing, and a game lounge with darts, pool, TVs, and more. Overall an outstanding tour and an incredible community.

I personally love my unit. We have a ton of space and no one lives under us, with two busy littles. The staff is also amazing, thanks for all you do Chris and Michala!
