The German roaches ?? are so bad here. They should knock the whole complex down and just rebuild them. They remind you of old motel rooms. The trash problem is so bad no one cares. Please stay away

seriously take your money elsewhere. There are roaches and RATS. My air conditioner broke and they refused to fix it even though I have small children. Water bill is $125 because they assume 3 people live in a one bedroom even though you can only have two people in a one bedroom. The water is always turned off,and when it is on you only get cold water. Maintenance always leaves a mess in your apartment and steals and never locks your doors. The office staff are liars and will do anything to get... money out of you
I've seen people getting stabbed and shot. I'm always having to call the police

Don't move here they will tell you stuff for you to be convinced to move in ! They will take you're money and lie to you, I made numerous work orders for them to fix stuff and they won't fix anything! Every time we take a shower water leaks downstairs in the kitchen where my lightbulb is and they still haven't fixed it, that's a fire hazard and I have 2 kids they don't care at all. They also charge you every month for pest control and not once since I bed here have I seen pest control!!
