our AC has not been under 80 degrees since we moved in. it is constantly set on 45 degrees and that’s the only way to keep it at 80. the landlord will leave a note on your door when you have a dollar balance due and threaten eviction but when something needs to be fixed nobody is around. we currently have had our kitchen water cut off for four days now with no warning and no word of when it will be turned on with no hot water either. there is never any parking on friday or saturday with people... having parties and very limited parking to begin with. there was mold on the showers when we moved in and coffee spilled on the wall that we had to clean up. the walls are so thin that any conversation someone is having in the parking lot we can hear as if they were sitting next to us. if we had known any of this before moving in we would not have signed the lease. their only pro is that it’s cheap rent and that’s why the landlord thinks she can get away with the shady way she handles her tenants.
