I would rate this property zero stars if possible. Prospective residents should be aware that the property has significant mold issues, particularly in the bathrooms where surfaces are completely covered. I have notified management about the mold issue for months, and despite their acknowledgement and multiple visits to the apartment, no corrective action has been taken. Due to my asthma, I am unable to use my master bathroom as it exacerbates my condition, and I fear potential hospitalization.... Although I continue to receive notifications that management will send someone to address the issue, no one arrives. Unfortunately, the new management team appears to be ineffective, mirroring the performance of their predecessors. The hallways are consistently littered with trash, and dirt on the walls persists due to inadequate pressure washing and insufficient grounds maintenance. The main dumpster is often surrounded by refuse, and the smell of marijuana is frequently noticeable in the hallways. Despite paying for trash collection services, waste is not collected on most days. Access to the mailroom is often restricted due to a malfunctioning door, and the front gate has been out of order for several months. Dryden is not concerned about your safety or happiness. There is nothing wrong with the unit but it is poorly managed. The common areas are not kept up to date and the main gate never works. Anyone can literally come in and out of the property. Due to this our vehicle was stolen, packages were stolen and we never felt safe.

I just moved in last weekend. This community is nice, clean, and calm. The assistant managers have been very welcoming, and I found my apartment very clean and ready to be moved into.
