Whenever someone moves out the same group of people breaking the apartment and they move in the apartment and then they never leave no matter how many times you call the police and this circumstance... In this case for me my upstairs neighbors left got evicted so the group of people broke into the apartment upstairs on the left and then now the people above me left so when the apartment got too messed up this apartment in the pictures they moved up to the apartment above mine and now they won't... leave departments won't do nothing I'm leaving I'm going to be gone out these apartments I'm just forewarning anyone else to never move here and if you do and decide just talk to them about their policy of tenants still living in their vacant apartment

They do not work, I do not recommend them, since I have a lot reporting many bad things and they never areilated and I have not been able to move from there. I had to call the city in the first month of my lease because they would t six the hot water. They actually would stand in my kitchen running the cold water for 15 minutes until it got a little tepid and try to convince me it was hot. After I called the city they moved me to the meth head section of the apartments. I been here a month and couple of weeks my ac.has went out for the 4th time call in office April 14 and told them she said OK I'm going to send someone never happen waited until April 18 and call back the same person who answer on April 14.2018 said OK again no one came i have health issues I'm working two jobs so when my lease is up I'm out feeling like breaking my lease these apartments needs attention asp!!!!
