I feel so safe here now security has been on top of clearing all unwanted guests that create problems around the property. The office manager & assistant are amazing as well I can see they have a vision and I’m looking forward to seeing the outcome when all is complete. NEWLY RENOVATED & EVERYTHING ITS COMING TOGETHER MUCH BETTER!

Whenever someone moves out the same group of people breaking the apartment and they move in the apartment and then they never leave no matter how many times you call the police and this circumstance... In this case for me my upstairs neighbors left got evicted so the group of people broke into the apartment upstairs on the left and then now the people above me left so when the apartment got too messed up this apartment in the pictures they moved up to the apartment above mine and now they won't... leave departments won't do nothing I'm leaving I'm going to be gone out these apartments I'm just forewarning anyone else to never move here and if you do and decide just talk to them about their policy of tenants still living in their vacant apartment

They do not work, I do not recommend them, since I have a lot reporting many bad things and they never areilated and I have not been able to move from there. My pregnancy is just relieved but in reality they are the worst in the maintenance of my stove no. It serves my roof either. And the bathroom. All the paint is on. Falling and I have to be painted?

I had to call the city in the first month of my lease because they would t six the hot water. They actually would stand in my kitchen running the cold water for 15 minutes until it got a little tepid and try to convince me it was hot. After I called the city they moved me to the meth head section of the apartments. Only one washing machine working in the laundromat- so instead it’s become a place for homeless to sleep and meth and crack heads to smoke. Still won’t fix anything. When I saw the... managers in the office left and they started cleaning up the complex I thought it would get better, but at least before they answered the emails if not the phone. Now I just call the cops on meth heads every day
