DO NOT MOVE HERE. They don’t verify your income. They literally didn’t call or email our jobs to verify anything we said. They lied to us long enough for us to hang up the phone to send a denial letter… without running our application. First week in Texas and it’s been the complete opposite of what I expected. My advice is to live where you are celebrated. I wouldn’t refer a dead dog here though.

They charge you $20 per month for valet trash collection. But no one collects. You have to take trash to the dumpster yourself. Which is OK, except they still take your $20 ... for the privilege of hauling your own trash. Because the valet is a constant no-show, huge RACCOONS come around to feast, right at your door, causing big mess. Also, RACCOONS get into the walls and attic, scurrying around and keeping you awake most nights. Management does nothing about the valet no-show or the raccoons.

Power goes out when wind blows, walking gate on sidewalk got “fix” but nobody key fob works, trash stop getting pick up without notice.

Staff is very great and helpful. Really love my time at this community.

Love the staff they are informative and very helpful. Overall the whole property is pretty chill.
