I highly recommend this luxury apartment that accommodates an exceptional young professional lifestyle. The property is well taken care of, management team are phenomenal and highly responsive, and the amenities are top tier.

If you want to live here- plan on extra time, as you'll need to make a special trip just to get TO your car, that's parked in the very BACK of the complex. Unless you decide to pay an exorbitant FEE to park close to your unit. YES- that's right, you have to pay a fee to be walkable distance from your apartment.

Amenities? Oh they charge you fees for it- but good luck getting coffee from the machine you pay for. Most days it's out of order, or empty so it's a wasted trip and time.

Maintenance?... What maintenance? Three times I've submitted an issue about my dryer not drying- you'd think that would be easy, but you'd be wrong. In fact I opened a work order 3 weeks ago, only for them to randomly close the work order and say they resolved it.... Without even entering my apartment or fixing the issue.

Customer service? Ha! You're kidding right? First day moved in, the AC and the elevator didn't work. Yet I had to FIGHT for a prorated credit, on my FIRST day moving in. Read More

Management is more concerned with reminding you to pay rent than they are with doing any necessary repairs. Elevator is constantly going out, so if you’re disabled and live anywhere other than the first floor, good luck, genuinely. Management when we first moved in was actually fine, very responsive and they even held more community events to make you at least feel like they cared. At some point a new property manager came in and it was striking how quickly the quality dropped. They implemented... the most ridiculous parking rules that consistently get friends and family towed.
