Dumpster full of trash, fly everywhere, pool green, manager never take responsibility, Maintanance never finish their work orders, I have neighbors with no AC since they move! City of Houston should do something cause this is inhuman, the manager is super disrespectful with the tenants, forcing people to make good reviews! Every single review it’s fake! Come and take a look to the property! This property it’s not even a class C! More likely a class F property!

One of the best
Throughout I've been here, I have liked it a lot, I have not had problems with neighbors or anything like that, very quiet and of course the security is always aware of everything, Catherine is part of the office and has always been pending and She helped me a lot to be able to move here, it hurts that there are not 6 stars to value more.

The Venitian on Ella
This is a great property my family is happy that we move here neighborhood is quiet no problems at all the apartments is very clean when they showing to us no roaches like other review s show . The maintenance is Responding in there job fast and they actually come to fix it right alway.I was assistant by Catherine aka Cathy very nice person and she help us out with are application and we got approved in 3 days that was fast.

Horrible place
The apartment is horrible nothing works. They do not fix anything, I moved in with a clogged tub, filters not changed, outlets do not work, no mailbox key, water leaks, and I can't get help to save my life. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE IT IS TRASH. I have been here for 3 months.
