Am a current resident of Tiffany square, I swear on my grand mother’s grave worst place to live . First it is over priced , the building is very old , the maintenance is nonsense, roaches everywhere and the most painful part is that your car is towed even when u have the visitors parking inside the car and when u approach the management they tell they can’t do anything about it. Please run, I can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can leave this place and again they change the leasing managers... every month and also they are seldomky open, always closed . Pls ease guys there are way better apartments

Do not waste your time!
Horrible complex! Office staff is RUDE, NEVER answers the office phone and half the time you stop by they are CLOSED! There are so many other complexes along Greenridge, Tiffany Square is NOT worth the money or the headache! Maintenance is slow and problems are never fixed the first time, so many bugs (yes, we live in Texas, but extermination is a JOKE).

Not so great
I currently live here and I an so ready to leave! First off there are roaches and when I have asked about extermination she I told me I would need to buy something at Wal-Mart for it! Since I have lived here for a year we have had four different office managers or the office is never open. My front door had severe water damage from rain so after several trips to the office out was finally replaced but with no peep hole! The list goes on and on....I wouldn't live here again.

Few amenities for the price
Lived here for 2 years now and looking forward to moving. Washateria machines take your money constantly and do not wash your clothes properly. Small gym and computer room only open during business hours so we usually don't get to use it. Only one maintenance man for the whole complex who needs constant reminders of what needs to be fixed. No patio area or storage closet. We've had 6 different managers in 2 years. Old appliances need constant repairs. Don't recommend this apt complex for the... price.
