This place is awful. Bad AC system so always hot. Bad crime in the area.

Roaches
if you hate roaches I guarantee this is not the place to be, I never lived somewhere to a point that everyday im sweeping piles of roaches onto a dust pan. Every-time I asked for pest control the leasing agent is showing me pictures online to where i need to buy my own pest control do mind you that Ive spent over at-least $2,000 on pest control and the critters come back like an army, these apartments where built in the 1890's so theres cracks and holes everywhere. The neighbors next to me where... really the cause of the major infestation so its one of those situations if the neighbors got roaches you got roaches and the owner doesn't do anything about it.
