I love the apartment community. I don’t think I could’ve picked a better one to live in. The front leasing office team is outstanding and I love that they take care of any problems the tenants may have. Everyone is amazing and I pray it continues to stay like so. I love my apartment unit.

This place is horrible. I will never recommend anyone here. The bugs are outrageous and have been since I moved in. Maintenance never follows up with the request and closes the cases without even attempting to complete. I have had to call the police multiple times due to the neighbors loud noises all hours of the night. When I moved in, I had to sign documentation that I would not disturb my neighbors. Not sure why they didn’t get the same documentation.

Villages is a great community. I have had no issues. Management is great and helpful. Maintenance comes quickly. Units are nice sized.

Beautiful and spacious, but expensive. Walls and floor is thin, so good neighbors is a must. Be mindful there are no extended options when rent is due. Billing fees have been added such as small fee of electricity, monthly fee of xfinity internet and service fee for LUXOR. To my knowledge these fees are mandatory like $25 trash pickup service. Every apartment has it's flaws, but I can say, they are preparing me financially for my own home.

It is a very quiet community which is great only thing is the parking is terrible still have to pay 15 dollar fee which is ridiculous because it’s not even assigned parking much less at night you can’t even get a parking spot close enough to your unit. I like the unit I have but they should clean the outside more periodically there’s cobwebs all over the doors, I have a wasp nest growing in my balcony, and there’s roaches coming out of the drains. I keep my unit clean as possible because having... roaches is disgusting but there’s always on random times they come out of the drains. More likely not going to renew my lease because of the parking situation if I’m being honest and roaches that come out from the drains.
