its cool, kids can be noisy sometimes but overall the inside is nice, maintenance keep outside area clean , but they are some spiders here and there, friendly neighborhood. office is helpful sometimes

I’ve been here a month and so far it’s been pretty good ,but kids go be kids that’s all I’m gonna say , I think I’ve meet everyone in the office Mrs.A if I’m not mistaken and Mrs. Kia has been very good to me, they put up with me after flopping on them twice, so I really can’t complain about anything, very grateful and thanks again

I am new to the community and still trying to acclimate to everything. There are a couple of things I am waiting to see like how long it takes a work order to be completed and the mode of communication to get responses in a timely manner. No problems to speak of so far.

It’s quiet. The staff is very professional. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The property is always clean and kept up. The office offers many events for tenants to participate in.
