Complex not to many kids on my side maintenance crew is easy to reach little to no trash on the property

It could be way better. The workout room is only open during office hours.The gates stay open all night and all day. The park is not clean. The people that live here are nasty with the dumpster. Not carful, nor caring, nor clean at all. Making it a nest for roaches and rats. Insect problem like crazy.
